Commercial real estate and its challenges have always fascinated Joseph Binder, principal of Binder CRE. After a long career working for large commercial real estate management companies, he founded Binder CRE to help independent property owners and investors develop and achieve their commercial real estate goals.
Joe graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He joined the United States Navy as a commissioned officer to both serve his country and gain real-world leadership experience. He extends the same discipline, structure and integrity he learned in the military to his service to clients.

I want clients to feel like they are important, which sometimes gets lost with larger real estate management companies. We choose to cater to an exclusive list of clients rather than offering only one service to everyone in order to maintain this personal touch.

As part of his commitment to community and mission to impact young people, Joe has been a Boy Scouts of America leader for more than a decade. Scouting had a big impact on him growing up, engendering his love of the outdoors. If you don’t find him providing high-touch service to his property management clients, he’s somewhere in the outdoors. He resides in the Phoenix area with his wife of more than 20 years, his three children and four dogs.
